I voted NO... reason: everything needed is already in the forums, all you need is half a brain and the SEARCH function, last thing we need is yet another tut on how to mess up a serioulsy messed up game ..

i voted no even though i dont play the game because you should never ask if you should release something... just release it and have the moderator(s) sort it out if they dont want it. =D
