i finally got a account @ KLOA but when i press GAME START i get this:(

can anyone help me please! thnx a lot

You can't play ares, I don't know what that says exactly. But it's telling you that you didn't have a valid kssn, therefore you can't play any of mgame's game with that account.

maybe they check the name and the kssn you gave and those 2 didnt match?

I wait, it isn't that you don't have a valid kssn. It's saying that you need to validate the account by phone (i.e sms).

That message means
that your KSSN is not verified.
You must verify it by using the same email or phone number used to make the account.
