lvl15 Dusk 20 pieces
lvl18 Raino 20 pieces
lvl21 Lizardman 30 pieces
lvl25 Gaint 40 pieces
lvl31 Orge 40 pieces

Hollna NPC (between blacksmith and accessory NPC, also infront of stairways)
lvl46 Bucky 50 pieces (Reward is "Muto" cape)
lvl51 Skeleton 50 pieces (Reward is 20leech10TD weapon, good for training with MHS)

The "Muto" cape
Options are
10def
5 resis
5str
and other crap options.

To do the quest, you must be lower than lvl 30.
I didn't check it yet, but one of kloa player told me that.
I would start new character LOL

You have to be lvl 30 to it, its a upgrade from the cape your talking about
It finally makes sense why you see ppl lvl131+ wearing the orange cape lol, my friend told me when I was lvl48, so i missed out T_T

For the above poster, there was no quest to upgrade it to 17 mp etc, you
just had to use a meta stone from a g5 item. (this was last year)

Players often wondered why I would still use my quest cape in high lvl wars,
they did not know you could transfer stats to it at that time, after they found
out, the price on g5 17s got a nice boost ;p However, most players never
obtained this cape...as it was not implented from the start.

When i started of my friend told me
that the 17mp gr5 cape was a upgrade from a quest
My friend has a 17mp gr5 cape, but he never told me it was meta'd
