When usin vista cant Open Loa

when i click game start it opens this thing that says Download M game and when i click on download it says time elapsed but the DL bar isnt moving

either try to run as admin or if you know you already have the game client downloaded right click the shortcut on your desktop and click properties then click the compatibility tab an tick the box run this program im compatibility mode for: windows xp sp 2 and at the bottom of that tab tick run this program as admin, apply then ok, now double click the icon on your desktop and IE should pop up and goto loa home page, sign in and click game start
