help me with mage hack

hello
im trying to get mage hack by myself, but i have a problem
i dont know what value i must lock it
or just tell me if value must be "INCREASED" or "DECREASED"
can some1 help me ?
im a good secrets keeper

i was doing some tests about mage hack
and im almost there
i alredy attack really fast, but can lock it, cos i was running away from a mob, i stop and attack mob, and i attacked really fast, but only for 5 seconds, 5 seconds later i attack at normal speed, if i run again and attack, i have speed again
some1 have some tips?

nvm...
i found it my myself
i take 5 hours to get it, and it work like speed attack for knight
