um don't know if i want to tell you or not but i did succeed in making the server. took me a couple weeks bc i had to patch/create/edit about 2000 lines of code for the missing parts.(actually quite fun and you can learn a lot). But i have full game running. unfortunately bc i am doing as my research paper for school ive decided its only going to be close friends/guildies, until after i present in march.(felt opening to a hacking website probably wasn't the smartest idea.)
heres my edits for the game itself tho:
- exp x5
-item drop rate x1.3
-removed unnecessary magic options like water resistance.
-also i made all pots free and larges avalible everywhere.
-eliminated wars for now.
-karos drop every 1000 mobs you kill.(excludes etana- caves)
-boses drop there special item 100% of the time. RoC/emp/eyes/wings except for me i got a pair of wings =)
-also eliminated certain useless npcs/added special ones such as vendor in siros, 7th floor CoT.
-any1 else got any good ideas let me know more then likely i can change.
