ByErrorCode=3 when selecting characters

Iv first noticed this bug or error when i try to log into my main char and my arch i get a error reading"ByErrorCode=3" does anyone know what this means, if so could ya help.

the way u talk about it looks like you can login on others account with no problem..

if u are able to log any acount with no problem besides ur main and archer then u shud send 1.1 xplaining the issue.

i tried 1:1 it got answeared pretty fast but she thought i was talkin about holic...when the server name i put was pos... she crazy
