How to connect?

Hey guys i had to reinstall loa and now im on vista and i can't get to connect. I woud like to play again. I know you have to edit the SERVER file or w/e but i can't find the right one =/ any help would be appreciated thx. heres what i have in the SERVER.dat file now:

[LOGIN_SERVER]
COUNT = 3

IP_0=206.82.201.128
PORT_0=15028

IP_1=206.82.201.128
PORT_1=15029

IP_2=206.82.201.128
PORT_2=15030

when did they change it to 120 cuz normally i run it on either 128 or 130
