Being IP Banned

ok, i know in this site, we are all here to help, but i have something that can be very helpful for half of the ppl that check out this forum, cus chances are we all hack so much that we get ip banned lol, at the start of this year, i was ip banned, and recently found a program that i can use to play again, but it took me so much effort to get this, so im just asking for a little something in return before i release this if thats too much too ask, just post here, ya know...

If you have a dynamic IP address, simply unpug your router for a couple minutes and plug it back in, this will usually reset your IP. Most residential consumers have dynamic IPs.

Another option would be to use a proxy such as Tor: http://www.torproject.org/

there are a TONE of sites that Hide you Ip ..
