im back and have solution for lag :-
1)u have DSL?u have any other computer connected for ur net? take power off of all computer connected to u
2)1st step didnt work ?turn all programs that on
2) 2nd didnt worked?? buy better net!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

like +2.5 mega bit and u will never have a lag just do the other steps nothing would happend!

one semi-solution for lag is while you are playing ares, open up your task manager, go to processes tab, then find Ares.exe, right click that, set priority, and set to realtime, this may cause other things to be affected, streaming music for example may be slowed down a bit sometimes, but if all you are doing is playing ares then all should be good

real-time can make your computer blow up(literally .. )
if ares has a very high peak of CPU usage your computer could get stuck

worked just fine for me so far =D
only thing i notice is when i am listening to yahoo music the songs will take a little bit more to load since most of my pcs resources are being allocated to LOA but other than that runs great =D. And if your computer blows up b/c of this then it is time for a new pc

KingStar why you want to get rid of lag? it's in out lives...
you can not break lag at any moment...
