Is it possible to use this type of hacking in a browser-based game like www.swcombine.com?

Or is everything on there server-sided information?

Sorry, I'm a bit new to all of this stuff and I don't know how to tell the difference between the CS and SS stuff.

everything is probably serversided but im sure there are some things you could accomplish. Same concept as Runescape

How should I go about finding what I can/cannot change? Just mess around with everything? Or is there a way to tell?

This is a browser game, which means it runs in your browser, for example Firefox or Internet explorer(whichs sucks btw ;P)
