To answer your question, YES mhs works fine in oblivion and all it's expansion packs.

I made money, stats, and some other hacks for oblivion with MHS.

My favorite one is (always) stats hack. Here’s how to do it:

First off take note of your stats. For example:
- 40 Strength
- 40 Intelligence
- 30 Will Power
- 50 Agility
- 40 Speed
- 30 Endurance
- 30 Personality
- 50 Luck

Start MHS and select Oblivion process. Since those stats value stored
in ram in Byte data-type respectively, the fastest way to find their
address is Group Search.

Click Search > Group Search, and input these following data:
- Total Group Elements: 8
- Evaluation Type: Ordered
- Values to Find: 40 40 30 50 40 30 30 50 (...these are your stats)
- Treat Elements in List as: Byte
- List is in Hex: Unchecked
- Search Every 4 Bytes: Unchecked

Start the search by clicking OK button...

You’ll likely find 3~5 results. Just change them all to 255 (0xFF). Doing
so would make your hero superior:
- Great damage
- Very very fast movement speed (faster than riding horses)
- Able to stealth even you are right in front of enemy’s face !

I don't know if the values apply for the original without the expansions.
