I am fine, though it is quite troublesome.

32 dead has been updated to 60.

The Story:
I was working hard as always in the office. There was some shaking. Then some more. And it didn’t quit. Things started falling off the walls and shelves, so we left the building.
As I got to the stairs I could see down the road. All of the buildings were rocking at different angles and all of the windows were reflecting different ways. I decided to hurry going down the stairs.

When we got to the sidewalk, there were others standing down there as well, staring at buildings swaying.
But that is a small back alley and not safe in the event of a collapsed building, so I lead my coworkers to the nearest major road, where there would be more space to run.
From there I lead them to a nearby park where there was more space, though not by much.

We waited for about 30 minutes. The tremors had just died off, and my coworker wanted to go back to the office to get his phone.
I warned him to wait at least 10 minutes, up to 30 minutes.
It turns out I was right, because just then the ground started shaking heavily again, just as strong as the first time.

A building near the park was making noises and rumbling loudly. People started to scream, run away, and cry. I lead the team to the other side of the park, though it was a small park.

We waited a long time before going back in, but there were still many many aftershocks, most stronger than the 7.4 that hit a few days ago.
Taxis were entirely taken and the subway was down, so I had to walk home.
It took a bit more than an hour.
Everyone was walking home, so the streets were overcrowded.

When I got home, the elevator was out, so I had continue walking up the stairs. 9 floors.
When I reached the 9th floor I saw this:

When I opened my door I saw this:

When I got into my actual room, I saw my mint-condition $3,000 Yamaha MOTIF XF8 laying on the floor, along with my computer monitor, which got scratched on the way down.

However the real story is only just beginning. The Japanese government has stated that the danger is not over.
We are likely to get hit a few more times, possibly by bigger.

Glad that you're ok, L. Spiro.

Though i've just heard that particular nuclear reactor had exploded
few days ago due its cooling system damages, and few citizens have
reported to be exposed by the radio active.

Which part of Japan you're living now ?

Anyhow, hope things got better and be safe...

I am in Tokyo, south of the problematic region.
Although obviously we are getting some of it, in the form of earthquakes.
