u know now i guess that the mods are sick of banning thousands of ppl every day and deleting millions of useless posts every day so that they stopped it and decided to just let L. Spiro ban them by IP and automatically delete all posts by the same user
(in phpBB admins are more powerful thhan mods, they can del all posts by the same user with a single click, WOW!)
