Postby nasrulkiki » Fri May 07, 2010 11:27 pm

hye,

i got this problem since 4 days ago,

before this i am a vista ultimate user,
since mine hard disk have a critical problem and must be changed to new,so i do it,
i changed to new hard disk with bigger GB,

and im also changed the window ,from window vista ultimate to window xp pro 2,
ok here it goes.

everything is fine and fast as well run smoothly except for one thing,
my Celcom Broadband,
before this in the same area, which im using this broadband it work perfectly and my internet connection goes well,
BUT NOW!!..after i installed again, internet connection seems so slow,
even to download 4MB files take 1 HOUR 20 MINUTES and in any minutes can be DC ,I REALLY HATE THIS,,
so i uninstalled and installed it again, but it's the same,
than im changing the broadband location to the other place,
but it still same,

before,
after i click twice on the broadband icon,
internet connection will be ready in 6-10 sec,
but now its too fast,2-4 second,

what is exactly happened?,
anyone?L.Spiro?
am i a spy ?or am i a good destroyer?

Celcom might be having some maintenance issues and/or "upgrading" something ..
u should try calling their customer service ..

It must be something wrong with Celcom broadband. Your computer system will not affect the internet connection's speed. ( I guess )

Like Hitman said, try to complain or ask their officer what really happen. Sometime, there are few Celcom broadband promotions in complex mall, try to ask them.

''Dear MR,ur usage has exceeded limit,we have to slow down ur internet connection and u will get ur usage back 2 weeks start from now,OR u can buy additional GB,its COST RM5 PER GB SIR thank you''

this is the most s*x answer i ever got ,

what actually make my usage increasing so fast?

streaming video?
downloading?
browsing?
am i a spy ?or am i a good destroyer?
