Last year, my computer was kept by my parent. They installed " CCTV " program there. Later, I claimed my computer back. My computer background keeps turn into black, full black. Even, I change the background to other colors or pictures, it turns to the same result.
I had uninstalled the " CCTV " stuffs. Every computer they had installed with the CCTV program sure will get the bug but they do not care at all but I am!
I have the mood so I ask for now.
Anyone solution for this ?
Need extra information please tell me.

cam't be the program i guess, sometimes when i close (or alt+tab) out of game, i don't have an desktop picture either anymore.

Control Panel > Display Settings > [Desktop] > Customize > Web
Tell me what you see there. If something is checked then thats the problem, if there is only "Home Page" or w/e unchecked then its something else.

Aw...My PC kept by my parent again because of a very important exam will coming soon on October but thanks for help, I will try soon. Fortunately, I still have a device to keep in touch with MHS.
