Fine here's my question.

If I have the most power in my country. Will you agree I make a rule like this ?

" Whoever been expelled by school will can not take motorcycle / car license ? " or individual behave bad will get the same penalty.

Those who never have no $$ to go school, I ( I got the money since I'm the most powerful in my country ) will donate them all to school including free transport.

What will you do if you meet this problem in vehicle, the driver is talking with his / her phone. He arrive to a T- Junction and he forget to see left and right for safety. Suddenly, a car drive fast run toward and almost smash your car but your driver has already accelerate the car to turn, will you let the driver notice himself or just tell him " There's a car !!

For my opinion, if I let him notice himself, may cause accident but if I tell him, I afraid my action will causes him panic and suddenly break at the middle of road and the car smash together with us.

I wonder which actions got the higher rate to cause an accident ??

that's just like the guy who predicted the economical crisis, he only said it would come... SOMEDAY, yet hes famous for something that everyone knows was gonna happen.
