Ok, I decided I would post a "rate the person above you" thread.
Because i see this on some forums and it look fun to do it here

Basically, you must rate the person above you on how much you've seen that person on the forums.(reputation)

eg.

If L.Spiro (The Owner of MHS Forum) were to post, I'd write under him "10!" because I know who he is very well.

You can rate someone from 0-10.

Person below me shall start by rating me.

Haha, fun thread. Shall we average people's rating if they post more than once? Ex: Hyack got an 8, if someone gave him a 4 would we list the rating as 6? (8 + 4 = 12, 12 / 2 = 6)
