I have art exam in 2 weeks. L. Spiro, can you give me any tips on drawing (relatively) nicely and quickly?
There's a time limit of 3 hours split into 2 periods. 1h 20 min the 1st time and 1h 40 min the 2nd time.

I tend to capitalise my words towards the end. LoL.

Most of my advice is already listed here or on the drawing at http://l-spiro.deviantart.com/art/Japanese-Model-WIP-1-82010882.
It is just about putting down the correct shades at the correct locations.

For most people, it probably helps to outline the whole drawing first to get your proportions correct. From there, fill it in quickly and accurately.

Update on my drawing:

Because of the angle to the sun it is very hard to find a good time to take a picture of the drawing here in Tokyo. I was lucky to find one this morning.

Thank you adoja.

tiduswong, I do not need the sun to draw it. I need the sun to take a photo of the drawing to post online.

My camera is not an expensive camera.
If you take a shot in poor light it will be blurry. Poor light means anything not directly lit by the sun.
When I invest in a $1,000 camera I will not have this problem.
