hack that comp and u hcae his speed
(whos want i explian more how 2 can asked)

tell what u dont understand
download all the files
the VNC_bypauth.exe
put on C drive
go to start->run->cmd
cd\
VNC_bypauth.exe -p 5900 -i 59.190.0.0-59.190.255.255 -vnc -vv
replace the ip address to the ip u want scan
http://www.ipaddresslocation.org/ip_ran ... ranges.php
and for more function on type only VNC_bypauth.exe and see all the commands
after u start a scan wait
if there is a resulat it will show u in a VNC_bypauth.txt in C
if no scan pther ip
after u find some
take the ip go to the VNC viewer type the ip with the port ex :
123.123.123.123:5900
wait if asked a pass go to the expliot run it trry again now it will be without pass
if not asking pass u will be enter

u see a normal computer
use his internet connection (: download a movie (u can see the movie only in his comp) ypload to RS at high speed
and enjoy
if u wont understand asked

By the way, when you buy internet (or however you say that correctly) the company lists the connection speed in Mbps which is Mega'bits' per second. This is not the same thing as MB, Mega'bytes', which is what I believe some of you are thinking. If you take your Mbps and divide it by 8 you will get your max download speed.

not always by 8, i have to by 9,3. this has to do with the isp.

The nearer place may not be as great of a connection as the farther one. However I'm only guessing.
