Um. The best way to learn is to just Google "c++ tutorials" or "beginner c++ tutorials". Good luck!

Then you may need a C++ compiler too. Try Dev C++ from
Bloodsheed Software. It’s free but doesn’t support visual-design.

But, IMO, it’s a good place to start...
