9 Dragons from Acclaim

I play 9 Dragons of Acclaim (US and Europe Servers).
I manage to run MHS v6.1 undetected. Game guard does not close the game. But MHS can not open the game process.
Anyone succeed in manipulating this game memory? With MHS or other method?
I wonder how http://www.rmt4games.com can sell 9D golds a lot cheaply. The 1st comes to my mind is that they manipulate game memory so gold drops from killed mobsters become somewhat huge like millions instead of 23 golds per drop.
