After I Clicked My RYL.exe, This Comes Out Then The Server list Comes Out...And I Cant Play My RYL...T_T

Obviously some sort of sound error which RYL gets a LOT of. I have sound files for RYL2 that remove all of the actual sounds and mute the game, therefore removing any sound errors as well as many game crashes. Sorry i can't help you with your RYL1 problems though.
