Tribes: Made a version of 1.11 with timeStamp working

I also have my Tribes 1.11 modified to have timeStamp working.

The modification is just a copy from the function in 1.30 where it does work, and it's too many lines to post here.

Since the file is 2.5mb and 1.5mb when zipped, I won't upload the changes somewhere just like that.
So does anyone know of a program that creates patches?
