Tribes: waypoint distances over 999m

If you have a small font then there's no point in showing only up to 999...
This just makes it so the distance waypoint is showing exactly as it is instead of stopping at 999m.

At 0040BBAA, instead of JLE make it into JMP.
Bite wise, instead of 7E make it into EB.

I find this useful in larger maps.
