In the 3rd quarter of 2008, AS will be introducing a new game called Sudden Attack.
Sudden Attack is a free first-person shooter game developed by GameHi. Anyone with a South Korean citizenship registration number can create an account on Netmarble and play.
But now, it'll be launched for both Singapore and Malaysia. It's the Asiasoft version of CounterStrike though. Released in Korea in 2005, the online first-person shooting game has folks playing either the red or blue combat team, and has rised to be the top Korean online game. [ As stated by Digital Life. ]
It's gonna add this game to the massive genre of games it already have. The game is free but to have the perks achieved from in-game items, you have to buy the prepaid card for it. It's another of AS's scheme to lure more players. And now, even expanded to a FPS game.
The game, based on mordern elements of weapons and tactics, the biggest draw of the free game is that it does not require an advanced computer system to get things going. The minimum requirement is a 1.7GHz Pent4 computer with at least 512MB of RAM and a Win2000 op system is more than enough.
Another draw of the game is that it allows online players to enter and leave a battlefield at any time, rather than having to wait for all 16 players to be ready before a game can start.
Currently, they are translating the game from Korean to English, so we might have to wait for it.
I don't know about any of you guys, but I sure am excited for this game.
