[Release]cT-Hook 0.4
Some days ago I announced on my homepage that I want to release something for the new year. After short considerations on what the release will be I came to the resolution to release the new cT-Hook 0.4. Many bugs are fixed and there are some new things, but test it by yourself and give me some feedback.

Yeah , these UT2004 forums are empty so im just filling it up. From what i been able to find sence ive been here is that you guys had problems with your forums going slow , so im just posting what i can find in order to help out.
