detecting hooks

Postby ecko » Fri Mar 05, 2010 8:20 pm

hello, i'm a bit new here (and i hope this is in the right section)
but is there a tutorial that shows how to find hooks made by a program like gameguard?
if not, can anyone show me how to do that?
thanks in advance

The help file has code snippets for L. Spiro Script that detect hooks for you.

ah thank you, found it.
however got some problems getting it to work :S
i haven't played around alot with the scripts part of mhs, so i actually have no idea how to get it to start.
also, think this has a bit to do with my lack of understanding c++
hoped that this could work with it as it did work with minesweeper bot snippet
on_hk_# () {
*code*
}

unfortunately it didn't :/

The help file also explains how to run scripts.
Check the hotkey section in addition to the script section.
