Open Recent with Restricted Mode ?

Is there a way to Open a Recent process with restricted mode enabled?

This way I wouldn't need to minimize the game and select the process to activate MH with restricted mode.. I would just run the game with it enabled.

There is no way. Restricted mode does not use the process name nor ID, nor any other information that might help it auto-load or auto-detect a process.

Those features would cause restricted mode to be detectable, which would defeat the purpose of restricted mode.
