How can you not change your speed?
Anyway if you can not find your speed then find something else that is near it. Another stat that changes.

maybe it is possible if you have two different weapons.....if one of them is heavier you should run lower and if you have the other one you should run faster.....dunno if it´s possible

Spiro is right (duh).

Look for another stat that is near to speed that you can change. Like, if there is Power, Intelligence, and Agility (speed), then look at the relationship between Power and Intelligence.. Change both and see if you can find how far apart they are, and what is around them. Then go look for another thing that fits the pattern (i.e. agility [speed] )

That is not what we said.
Find a stat or any value that should logically be near your speed.
So if speed is on stat out of a list of stats, then logically you would pick one of the other stats (that changes frequently) near it and search for that value.
Once found, you can use the RAM Watcher or Hex Editor to easily find your speed a few bytes away from the stat you found.
