memory hacking

hi,
i have a role playing game, that has X y und z coordinates.
If i chance them, i can teleport to the new coordinates.
I used first a memory search tool to get the address auf the 3 and then i used c++ with read und write process memory.
Now i have a problem:
I want to send the hack my friend, but the coordinates are on his computer on another adress then mine. I cant search for the value because its always another. But how can i find the adress on his pc? maybe its always the base adress of the program + X?
would be great if you help me.

If he has the same version of the game as you then you are going to find later that your addresses also do not work.

You need to understand Complex Addresses before you can go any further.
