[Help needed] GameGuard caused BSoD?

Postby GlowSplint » Thu Jun 12, 2008 10:14 pm

I was playing MapleSEA (not hacking it). It was quite laggy and after about 5 min, I lagged a lot and suddenly a BSoD [Blue Screen of Death] occurred. Is it because of GameGuard? I have never had this occurring before, or at least, never had a BSoD when I'm playing MapleSEA.

I tend to capitalise my words towards the end. LoL.

nProtect Game Guard is a poorly coded rootkit that fails to unload properly after the game shuts down and remains in memory long after, compiling each time you play the game.

It can not be fully deleted even when uninstalled as it leaves files behind you can never clean up.

It has run-time bugs that can cause blue screens of death during games.

The list goes on. Most people do not play games protected by nProtect Game Guard, and most for these reasons.

After each game you must reboot.
