Demo #7

Postby L. Spiro » Mon Jan 08, 2007 10:40 am

Demo #7 is not really ready, but it contains some huge updates and important fixes.

Script file functionality (deleting, renaming, copying, searching) has been added.
Script threading functionality has been added.

For examples on both utilities, see the Code Submission section.

The debugger and disassembler are included in this version but don’t laugh.
They aren’t really ready for release.
This is just a demo version anyway, so I decided to let everyone get their paws on what has been done, even though it isn’t fully furbished.

I am wondering, will there be functions to compile code into exe,

and

have the exe interact with internet event?

i want to write the exe to i/o the game and then use my own arrangement to control 6 of these bot computers.

are these possible features?

In the future.

have the exe interact with internet event?

It's a simple hook on the packet sending/receiving functions and will be doable with the debugger later.

are these possible features?

Everything is possible.

can we emulate keystrokes and mouse events?

I already posted an example of this.

Yo great work as always Spiro, except for some reason demo 7 and 8 keep freezing up on me, and seem way slower than demo 6. I've tried them both on 3 computers, same thing. So for now I'm stickin with Demo 6, but I figured I should just mention it to ya. This thing is STILL the illest thing ever conceived for game hacking! :D

If I am to fix the freezes, you will have to be a bit more descriptive of when they occur.

I can’t even get it to freeze when I try and since I haven’t heard of any problems from anyone else I assume it to be nearly 100% stable.

You’ll need to describe when and why it freezes.
But just to save some time, if it freezes when you start it, it is most likely related to the special scripts you have written.
In this case, you may as well save some time and just send me the scripts so I can see the freeze for myself and fix it.

Hey bro, I stopped using those 2 versions, since thye gave me so many issues. But what I can do is saturday or tuesday when I'm off, I'll dl demo #8 again, mess with it, take notes, and then email you my saved data file from MHS and email it to you, so you can see for yourself. I'll try and be pretty detailed with it bro. Adios. :)
