i don't think this is built in.
maybe you could make your own in some scripting?

Some games hide the options inside of there install folder. Look through the data files (or launcher files) and find something talking about screen size modes.

Another method is running another game which can sometimes force the other to be windowed.

All I can tell you is that it can be done on any game. Its just that I don't know how to do it.

yes there is a way to force a game to be windowed on you need to find it .Example Rakion is a game that cant be window moded... not any more with a dll it had been window moded.And mhs maybe help you with the Hex editor.
